Last month I decided to make my re-enlistment in the United States Navy interesting. Instead of driving into work and doing a normal one, I thought how about I just jet ski into work instead? That'd be cool. The thing is...I wish I had came up with this awesome idea in the summer. The weather was actually nice the week before and I jinxed myself when I told someone I hope it stayed this way when I do my re-enlistment. Well, a cold front came through the night before and dropped temperatures down quite a bit. Small craft advisory was suppose to end before morning, but before I left I checked again and it still remained into the afternoon. However, wave height was expected to slowly decrease throughout the day so I went ahead and did it. Despite the cold and getting dunked as I rode through the waves, I still had a blast riding into work.
